Daily Quote
“Only those companies with the right combination of vision, strategy, structure, capability, and audacity will succeed in what could be the most important transition period in the history of capitalism”

Some things to keep in mind before sending your CV:
- Keep it simple, clear, and focused. You may be itching to tell the world about all the wonderful things you’ve accomplished. Intriguing as your story may be, with thousands of résumés to read, hiring managers would prefer a succinct 1-2 page résumé as opposed to your 5 page biography.
- Know what you are about. What are your passions? How are you unique? What you can provide and how you will provide it?
- Use keywords. Most employers, including us, use a database to match candidates with appropriate jobs. That database search starts with keywords. Know the keywords in your field, and use them in your résumé.
- Learn Learn Learn! You didn’t come close to learning it all in school. Through continual learning you will improve your knowledge base and demonstrate a true commitment to what you are passionate about. Be prepared to demonstrate your capacity for learning.
